GET STARTED WITH TAPSTER

ADD YOUR CARD

Getting started is easy. Follow the steps below, or watch our tutorials, and you’ll be ready to pay with your TAPSTER in just a few minutes.

1. Download the TAPSTER app
Get it from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

2. Enable NFC (Android only)

Some Android phones require NFC to be turned on.

  • Go to Settings > Connections > NFC
  • Switch it ON

(iPhone users don’t need to do this.)

3. Create your account

  • Register with your email
  • Log in

💡 Use the same email throughout the process.

4. Add your wearable

In the TAPSTER app, tap Add Wearable in the footer.

5. Connect your wearable

Place your TAPSTER on a stable surface.

Position your phone so that the NFC reader rests directly on top it.

Keep your phone in contact with the wearable throughout the entire process.

6. Enter your details

Use the same email address you registered with in the app.

Enter your card details, then tap Next and follow the steps.

Make sure to keep your phone in contact with the wearable throughout the entire process. The process may take up to 60 seconds.

Troubleshooting

If something doesn’t work:

  • Restart the TAPSTER app and try again
  • Double-check NFC is enabled (Android)
  • Make sure your phone stays steady on the TAPSTER

ACTIVATE

1) Open the TAPSTER app and click Add Wearable in the footer

2) Hold or place your TAPSTER towards the smartphones NFC reader

3) Fill in you email (It is important to use the same email you used when you registered)

4) Choose your preferred method of activation. (For Nordea customers, see Nordea Activation below)

5) After the activation is done you can click on the wearable in the app. If the card is activated it should be listed below the wearable with status: active. You should also have received an confirmation email from our partner Fidesmo

6) To manage your TAPSTER click button below

NORDEA ACTIVATION

1) Log in to your Nordea mobile bank app/Nordea Wallet (Nor) and click on the card you have connected to the TAPSTER wearable

2) Click settings in the menu and choose manage wearables

3) Confirm the TAPSTER wearable

4) Your TAPSTER is ready to be used
