FINISH SETUP IN THE NORDEA APP
You've already started the setup in the Tapster app. Now open the Nordea app to complete the final step
1) Log in to your Nordea mobile bank app and click on the card you have connected to the TAPSTER wearable
2) Click settings in the menu and choose manage wearables
3) Confirm the TAPSTER wearable
4) Your TAPSTER is ready to be used

Block the bracelet for payments as soon as possible. Blocking the wearable only stops payments on the bracelets itself - your bank card will continue to work normally, so you don’t need to order a new card.
How to block the wearable
If you use the Tapster app:
- Log in to the Tapster app
- Select your wearable
- Click on the linked bank card
- Select “Pause card”
If you use Fidesmo:
You can remove or pause the payment card in the Fidesmo iPhone app, Android app, or Self-Service Portal. Some banks also allow you to manage this directly in their banking app.
No. The bracelet is only water resistant. Meaning: exposure for light rain is fine. However, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or other water activities.
t depends on which smartphone you use. On iPhones, the NFC reader is located in the top-left corner of the phone, near the camera lenses.
On most Android phones, the NFC reader is located between the middle and the top of the phone. If you're not sure where it is on your phone, search Google for your phone model followed by "NFC location".

- Try reconnecting your card to the wearable.
- Make sure there are sufficient funds available on your card.
